This is a single plate kit with the measurements of the aluminum plate being:

with rounded corners

Meant for applications where the mounting location is removable, so you can get to mounting hardware on the back for filter replacement. For example a removable air box cover. Includes stainless steel mounting hardware, gasket,filter, and plate.
