RETURNS

EHS Racing sells its own line of products and also distributes other manufactures products, our return policy is different for each. On a EHS Racing product that is manufactured by or directly for EHS Racing we offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee. The time period for this policy is 30 days after delivery of items, if for any reason you the customer are unhappy with a product it can be returned to EHS Racing no questions asked. If the product was sold directly by EHS Racing we will provide money back, store credit, whatever the customer prefers (restocking fees may apply). If item was purchased through a dealer or distributor we can only offer a trade allowance towards another item equal to the same value (restocking fees may apply). If cash back credit is needed it must be returned to the original place of purchase. We do not cover or refund return shipping expenses and original shipping expenses, these will be forfeited by customer. After 30 days an EHS Racing product can still be returned for store credit only up until 60 days from time of delivery. After 60 days no returns will be accepted unless their is a manufacturer defect, but the decisions solely lies with EHS Racing whether an item is defective or not.

With products sold by EHS Racing but not manufactured for or by EHS Racing our return policy is different. Products can be returned within 10 days from the time of delivery. (Must be postmarked if originally shipped or returned to store if purchased locally). All items must be in the same physical condition and packaging as originally shipped. Opened products are un returnable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping cost original and return are forfeited. If a item is found defective it must be returned to original manufacturer for replacement we will offer assistance by providing phone numbers and warranty assistance but EHS Racing is not responsible for any cost of replacement. After 10 days from receipt of goods no returns will be accepted unless approved by an EHS Racing employee. If a return is required customer must call in and receive a RMA number and include this number with return.
